The Eagles took on the Alief Hastings Bears at Crump Stadium on Friday night and came away with another big win to start this year’s campaign.

The Eagles came out fast scoring 20 points in the first quarter, 10 in the second quarter, 14 in the third and seven points in the fourth and final quarter. The final score was 51 to 24 and it improved the Eagles record to 2-0.

The defense looked strong again as they forced fumbles and interceptions for the second game in a row. Late in the game, defensive back and cornerback Chris Ramos (12), picked off a pass jumping high off the turf to do so.
